General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in the online shop, we make a non-binding offer to submit an order.

The contract is concluded when you send an order and we accept it by means of an order confirmation via email.


3. Prices and Taxes

All prices stated on the website are final prices including statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Additional costs, such as shipping costs, will be shown separately during the ordering process.


4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer within our delivery areas (Germany and Austria).

The estimated delivery times are stated on the respective product page.


5. Delivery Delays

Should there be delivery delays in exceptional cases, the customer will be informed immediately.


6. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop, in particular:

  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Credit card

Further payment methods may be displayed during the ordering process.


7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.


10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).


11. Choice of Law

The law of the Netherlands applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.


12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
